Get call details for one or more sites

Returns call detail records for the requested sites within a date range.
Includes DNI, static, and external calls. Each site's timezone is applied in the query.
Required query: siteIds and startDate/endDate (YYYY-MM-DD, max 31 days).

Optional filters match CallDetails.selectWithFilters: mediumTypes, appointmentSet,
alertSent, dialStatuses, callTypes, tagIds, durationMin, and durationMax.
List filters accept a comma-separated value or repeated query parameters.

Paging (opt-in): send page and/or pageSize to enable Redis payload snapshot pagination.
Omitting both returns the full unpaged { calls } list.
When the result fits in one page (totalCount <= pageSize), the response includes page metadata
but no cacheId and no Redis write. Larger sets freeze the full ordered Call[] in Redis;
subsequent pages require the returned cacheId.
